If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange. You can return a product up to 14 days from the date of purchase. All items must be returned to us unused, with all tags still attached.

Please find a printed returns label that can be attached back on the original packaging. Costs for returning are down to the buyer. 

At Aquarii we aim to despatch your product on the same day of purchase. At present we offer UK standard 2 - 3 days, UK next day: Order before 12pm and Europe delivery: 10-12 days.
